Those who know me know that at one time I wrote a lot of songs/music. For whatever reason, i’m not as inspired as i use to be to do that. But I still have stories to tell so I’ve been toying around with the idea of being an author. That is a large reason I started actively blogging again…to get in the habit of writing.

If you wandered across my site within the last month you may have saw a short story i posted called “The Hole.” I have since took it down. I think it can turn out to be something good…right now…i’m thinking an illustrated children’s book. It needs more work though so I have unpublished it to work on the story more.

“The Hole” was inspired by events that happened in the past month. For half a year I’ve been working on putting together a major business deal. the very day the papers were signed… it should have been a happy day… it should have been a celebration… but instead i got personal drama dropped on me to deal with.

On the surface it appeared to be a harmless act. to some it may have even appeared to be ‘goodwill’ toward others. But the world i live in is not so simple. At the least, It was a major inconvenience to me and at the worst it set the tone for the future…a future full of possible problems and trouble. that is not the future i want so upon reassessing the past 2 and half years of my life i was inspired to write “The Hole”.

I have finally joined the ‘twitter’verse. I was finding myself checking out certain celebrity pages on a regular basis and it’s much simpler to do by joining. I will post random comments myself that i don’t really care to express on my facebook page or expect anyone to even see. It will mainly be for me…to remind me what kind of mood i was in that day…if nothing else.
